  1. What does SimpleTXT do?

  2. SimpleTXT specializes in mobile messaging solutions. We operate our own proprietary communications network capable of delivering messages to your customers via email and wireless networks.

  3. Text messaging? Doesn't my 16 year-old daughter do that?

  4. Most likely. The volume of text messaging traffic in the United States is skyrocketing, and a large portion of this traffic originates from teenagers.

  5. How can this technology help my business?

  7. I don't have my customers' phone numbers. How can I send them messages?

  8. No problem! We'll take care of it for you. When you join SimpleTXT, you can direct your customers to your own automated registration system (which we provide). After typing a name and phone number, your customers can select which types of messages they'd like to receive from you. That's it! You can then login to our secure control panel and organize your categories, send messages, or customize your account. Please visit our how it works section for details.

  9. Do I have to pay a fee for each message sent?

  10. No way. There's no need to count messages or limit the number of customers you contact. Everything is included in an affordable monthly payment. See our solutions page for more information or request a quote.

  11. What if my customers no longer want to receive my messages?

  12. Great question. Sending unsolicited mobile messages is actually illegal in the United States. Congress passed the CAN-SPAM act in 2003 to prevent unwanted messages, or "spam", from flooding your email inbox or mobile phone. Of course, we're 100% CAN-SPAM compliant. We even exceed the FCC's requirements and include opt-out instructions in every message we send.

  13. I have an existing customer database. Can I still use SimpleTXT?

  14. We'll work with you to import your customer data to our secure servers. Or, you can just have your customers sign up on the automated registration system that we provide.

Troubleshooting
  1. What is my password?

  2. Go to the Password Retrieval page, type in your mobile number, and click "Submit". It will be sent to your mobile phone. Alternatively, just contact us and we'll reset your password.

  3. Why am I not getting any messages?

  4. Please make sure you've selected the correct wireless provider, and double-check that you've entered your phone number correctly. If you think you've done everything right (or even if you're not sure) just send us an email and we'll get back to you shortly.
